The problem
Professionals, rooms and patients that have to fit together
An outpatient clinic has several rooms and many professionals: some see patients every day, some only on certain days, others when needed. The front desk spends most of its time fitting their availability together, before it even books a patient.
Hagal+Clinic starts from there. For each day you pair a professional with a room, hour by hour, across sites too, and book services on real availability. Fewer phone calls, fewer mistakes, one schedule everybody reads the same way.

Schedule and rooms
The professionals' planner by site and by room, appointment series, waiting list, monthly attendance and the printout of the day's visits.
Check-in
Patient check-in with the privacy consent: if it was never signed, Hagal+Clinic asks for it before going on.
Medical reports
A different report for each service, a new report starting from a previous one, the professional's signature and PDFs, in bulk too.
Sports medicine
Competitive and non-competitive examinations, fitness certificates, spirometry and eye tests, with a dedicated role for the sports doctor.
Price lists and packages
Services and price lists per professional, packages and subscriptions with their usage.
Referrers
Who brings patients to the clinic and the commissions to invoice or credit, with a dashboard of their own.
Patient records
Patient import and export, duplicate merging, data derived from the Italian tax code, cross searches for the clinic's initiatives.
Reports and statistics
Dashboards for administration and professionals, reports on the clinic's activity.
Roles and permissions
Site and group administrators, operators, doctors, nurses: everyone sees what they need.
Integrations
Links to diagnostic equipment such as ultrasound machines and to the accounting software.

Messages to patients by SMS and email.
